BigFLUX® Matrices are available for GAUSTEC® magnetic separators and for other “JONES” type equipment.

By having bigger slots, it has big advantages compared to conventional matrices:

• Larger passage area, providing increased capacity when compared to the conventional matrix of the same GAP
• The bigger grooves increase the magnetic gradient, a key factor in the separation of magnetic particles, especially the finer ones.
• They are less susceptible to clogging than conventional matrices
• Allow GAPs where conventional matrices are not viable, for example 0.5mm and 1.1mm

Used in conjunction with SuperWHIMS®, it provides an increase in the magnetic field in the equipment, improvements in selectivity and process gains without loss of power capacity in the wide range of applications.
